People who mention that zkSNARKs use "non-falsifiable assumptions" are the used car salesmen of blockchain crypto. Nearly all non-interactive proof tech out there (bullet proofs, STARKs, Schnorr) uses such assumptions. And non-falsifiable doesn't even mean what you think it does.
